Please read all our rules carefully before using this platform. By registering an account, you are giving your full consent to these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the pkgk platform and its users. By opening an account on pkgk, browsing the website, or using any of its services, you agree to abide by all the terms listed below. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use this platform.
General Terms
1 Access & Eligibility
To access the pkgk platform and use its services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal.
- Each individual may register only one account.
- Employees, directors of pkgk, or their immediate family members may not open an account on this platform.
- All information provided during account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
pkgk reserves the right to reject or cancel any individual's account at any time for valid reasons.
2 Account Registration & Verification
Your pkgk account will be activated after successfully completing the registration process. The following guidelines must be followed to keep your account secure:
2.1 Password Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. In the event of unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.2 Identity Verification
pkgk conducts identity verification to ensure security and prevent fraud. We may request a copy of your national ID card or passport when necessary. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.
2.3 Multiple Account Prohibition
If the same individual opens or operates more than one account, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited. This is a strict policy of pkgk.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3 Deposits
pkgk supports the most popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. Customers can deposit funds using any of the following methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's leading mobile banking service
- Nagad — Digital financial service by the postal department
- Rocket — Mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank
- Upay — Digital payment service by UCB Bank
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). A maximum deposit limit may apply in certain circumstances. Deposit transactions are generally completed within a few minutes.
pkgk only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will be rejected and returned.
4 Withdrawal Rules
The withdrawal rules are detailed below:
4.1 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals below this amount will not be possible.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
pkgk processes withdrawals as quickly as possible. Typically, after a withdrawal request is approved, the funds reach your mobile wallet within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
4.3 Verification Requirements
pkgk may complete identity verification before approving a withdrawal. Additional documentation may be requested for large withdrawal amounts.
4.4 Fraudulent Transactions
If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, pkgk reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal until the investigation is complete.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
5 Welcome Bonus
pkgk offers a welcome bonus for new members. The terms for receiving this bonus are as follows:
5.1 Bonus Amount
A 200% welcome bonus is given on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳2,000 bonus — total ৳3,000
- Example: Deposit ৳10,000 or more and get a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total ৳18,000
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The welcome bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).
Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 before withdrawing the bonus winnings.
5.3 Bonus Validity Period
The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within a set time after the bonus is credited. Any unused bonus will be considered void once the period expires.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
If abuse of the bonus system is suspected, pkgk reserves the right to cancel the bonus and temporarily suspend the account. This includes claiming bonuses through multiple accounts and attempting risk-free arbitrage from bonuses.
6 VIP Program Terms
pkgk's VIP program has five tiers and provides weekly cashback based on regular play:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week
- Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week
- Diamond: Up to 1.5% cashback per week
Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular active participation. pkgk reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.
User Code of Conduct
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the pkgk platform:
7.1 Technical Manipulation
- Using any software, bots, scripts, or automation tools that provide an unfair advantage.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's servers or systems.
- Exploiting any technical glitch to alter game outcomes.
7.2 Financial Manipulation
- Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
- Making transactions using third-party payment methods.
- Attempting fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.
7.3 Social Misconduct
- Behaving in an abusive, threatening, or discriminatory manner toward other users or pkgk staff.
- Spreading false information or acting with the intent to damage the platform's reputation.
Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
8 Intellectual Property & Content
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and other elements of the pkgk website and platform are protected under pkgk's intellectual property rights. Users may:
- Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Not redistribute, modify, or use any part of the platform for commercial purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile game content.
